Last updated: June 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Avvio (“Avvio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website at avvio.siteand our website-builder service (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google.
- Business information. When you create a site, you provide a Google Business Profile or Google Maps link, along with any business details, text, and images you add or edit.
- Payment information. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Paddle. Paddle acts as the merchant of record and collects your payment details directly; we do not store your full card number.
- Communications. If you contact us for support, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage data. We collect log data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken in the Service.
- Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. See the Cookies section below.
- Site analytics. For websites you publish with Avvio, we collect aggregate page-view analytics so you can see how your site is performing.
Information from third parties
- Google Business Profile data. When you provide a business link, we retrieve publicly available business information (such as name, address, hours, photos, and reviews) through the Google Places API to generate your website.
- Leads from your sites. When a visitor submits a contact or lead form on a website you published with Avvio, we collect that submission and make it available to you as the site owner.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including generating and hosting your websites.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions and any referral credits.
- To generate website content using third-party AI providers based on your business information.
- To communicate with you about your account, security, updates, and support requests.
- To monitor for abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with law.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us run the Service, including Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), Paddle (payments), Resend (email), Upstash (rate limiting), Google (business data), and AI providers used for content generation. These providers may process your information only on our instructions.
- Published websites. Content you choose to publish is, by its nature, made publicly available on the internet.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Avvio, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If Avvio is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information after account closure where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see below).
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@avvio.site. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
