Huge variety of shells, more glassware replacement parts than any bigger name brand I've been in, and prices are made for the average consumer and not for capitalism. Love being able to make it here and, to be frank, I plan on buying glassware extras from here at this point. Why? Just to avoid those moments of buying what I can when I find it without being fully aware of quality and if it will work like it's supposed to. Met the owner tonight and he helped me problem solve a fitting in my bong so my oil bubbler can fit. He's a damn genius. Oh, and they have the biggest bubbler stem that I ever saw on display!”

I deducted 3 stars because of a terrible service experience me and a friend had Sunday, 3/1/26 around 6pm. We entered the store and saw two workers sitting and talking to each other behind the counter. They completely ignored us upon entry. Not only did they not greet us, they continued to speak to themselves, even after we walked towards the back of the store to purchase some supplies. We then continued to wait a while before one of the workers walked back to help us (scrolling thru their phones and their personal conversation was far too great to immediately retreat from). Then, the worker who did come to the back, still didn’t greet us, but instead asked “what do you need?” I tell her what I want to purchase from behind the counter and she slams one on the counter (even though I made it clear I wanted more than one. In fact I purchased 20). The whole time she had an attitude that she had to lift a finger for me. It was a terrible experience and does not inspire me to want to return to the store ever again.”
